How it works

From a phone call to a doorstep

  1. We listen

    The hotline stays open for permanent contact, and our field teams keep their eyes on the neighborhoods, so families in need can reach us and we can reach them.

  2. We prepare

    Together with our partners, volunteers pack the baskets, wrap the gifts and print the materials each campaign needs.

  3. We deliver

    Mobile teams carry everything to homes, hospitals and public places, and never leave without a smile.
